Xantia Suspension Squeak

Xantia 1.9 TD- After driving along a rough road for a long time, a quite loud sqeak/creaking noise came from somewhere around the back end. Thought something was going to fall off, anyway I decided to carry on. When I reached the smooth main road the noise slowly went away. It only comes back after some time driving on a rough road. Rear suspension problem somewhere?? Anyone come across this one before?

Rear radius arm bearings ?
Known to scream/clonk at you - right at the point of wear where you still can save the arm on repair ASAP.
