Berlingo HDi cuts out

Hi,after buying a non runner,we've got it going but it cuts out after a couple of minutes of running.It's a 2000 model Berlingo HDi and we got it as a non runner,previous owner had suffered a broken timing belt,replaced it,still wouldn't go so he replaced the HP pump on the engine.I've discovered it had 6 broken rockers.Replaced them,it now starts and runs sweetly but just splutters and stops after approx 2 mins.Every time.Stumped! Any suggestions?

Have you done an injector leak off test ?
If it's the bosch system check the electric fuel pump in the tank.
