What's the name/ number of this LHM bit?
Hi guys, hope someone can help.
I checked the LHM last night and it was leaking, took it to the garage this morning first thing and there's a plastic 3 way connection box broken.
The garage couldn't fix it obviously, and I had to get 220kms to the airport, so I've had to hire one of their cars, an Astra! It's not as nice as my Fred, even with her little problems.
I took a photo on my phone, but as I'm not at home I can't upload it. The leaking box is directly underneath the LHM tank, 2 of the pipes which go into it are push fit and very small. I'm going to phone Citroen in the UK tomorrow as there's no hope in hell of me making myself understood if I phone Citroen Spain, and I can't get down there to wave my photo at them like I normally do.
Can anyone please give me a name for the bit, or if it's just called a connection box what could I say to better describe it?
Save me from the Astra!
Thanks, Jaf

Hi Jaf,
I just can't think of it... Must be something specific to the MK2...
Get a picture of it up on here and one of us should be able to give you a part number...
We can't have poor old Fred standing idle whilst an Astra takes the glory can we...

Does it look like this? I searched my "personal archive"
Unfortunately they are not just push in type. May be wrong item
This is from a LHD Xantia.

I see, I know this 3-way connection. I have another picture if it helps more others to identify it.
Close to the location where handbrake cables "disappear" under the car
Right side, thin plastic pipes,
One of them goes to front height corrector, the other one goes to the security valve.
These are return lines, you would not have high pressure in them. Easy fix.
Plastic pipes are just pop in, as you have already guessed.

VertVega, that is a better pic, thanks.
On mine the plastic has cracked where the left pipe pushes in. It's not high pressure but a very steady, scary drip. The guy at the garage wasn't sure if the fat pipe at the back would come away like the thin ones (ie do I need to buy the connection and fat pipe).
You can probably see some diesel pipe in my pic which has replaced part of another bit of LHM pipe. Seems like a lot of the LHM bits are rotting as I had to replace the common-fault seals in the LHM pump too.

citronut, that must be the correct part what you have found because this is actually a 4 pipes unitcitronut wrote:the only block/conector i can see with 4 pipes conecting to it for front suspension return is this one ...
Thin pipes can be separated easily but the thick pipe reaches up to the LHM tank and it is combined
with the corner and head piece. This explains also the price 36.85 GBP
