Sorry for tagging on but thought it might bolster our cause!

After getting Sylvia's car running at normal temp, some tw*t wrote it off.

By writing it off I mean he pushed the exhaust so far forward it is rattling on the front cross member and sending incredible vibrations through the steering wheel. New Citroen Cat is £400, bumper respray, new Citroen Exhaust middle section and hopefully not back box which we got a deal from Richard Cook for! Should have been £240.

I would like to know how to remove the rear bumper so I can inspect for other damage and whether anyone knows if the bumpers as just valances or structural?

I assume that they are just trim and that the brackets connecting it to the car have sheared which is why I want to take it off and have a look around.
