iffy bonnet senser on factory alarm??

Unread post by Timmo »

Evening fellow Citroenites, how are we all today???

think have narrowed down the area of the alarm that stops it chirping on locking on the car, (98 S 1.9 TD SX estate)seems if you lock the car normally it'll lock and the lights flash, but it used to chirp! so whilst playing i noticed that if you pop the bonnet lever and lock the car it chirps! so my thought is that has an iffy bonnet senser??
does that sound right to you guys?? if so, where is it located as on a quick look this evening i couldnt spot it??

Ta in advance,

Timmo.

I thought the switchs were on both catches.... they could be..

I thought the "Door open a Jar" chirp was for the front doors only...
