Hi, my 1995 zx"s sunroof won"t open! When I press the switch either way, I can faintly hear a noise, I guess it"s the sunroof motor, but nothing happens. It stays shut! Anybody got any ideas ?

I have an idea it may be lack of lubrication and thence advanced wear of the control gear or drive cable in the motor assenbly. I've got one to dismantle shortly with the same problem so I'll keep you all posted when I've done t'job.
I am hoping it uses the same parts as a Xantia, as I have these available.
