More than likely the anti-sink valve has popped a seal. Does it sink now?

There are also a few low-pressure leakage return pipes under there that can perish and leak. One favourite is the 'F' junction where the two front strut returns join together and go to the reservoir.

Wet LHM should give the game away as soon as you lift the tank up.

I wonder even if the Low pressure return pipe has popped off...

Down under the car, gearbox end, theres a Push on 3mm return junction that pushes onto a return pipe, these can come off VERY easyilly, even when changing a handbrake cable..

I reckon this has popped off....

or even if the top of the tank is wet with citro blood it could just be over full,
so when the car settles all the way down it weaps out from under the rubber dust seat around the tank float/filter unit,
