My New Baby

Post by brmartyn »

Late on last night I saw a 2004/54 Renault Megane Privilege 1.9 DCI top of the line for sale on Ebay near Cardiff.

I took a gamble and jumped on a train first thing this morning and I'm so glad I did as I'm now the very happy new owner of the said vehicle.

91K
MOT and Tax until Feb/Mar 12
Full service History
Half leather trim
CD changer in the front of the car

You can clearly see the car has been very well looked after and it shows by the big smile currently on my face :D :D :D :D :D :D

Won't be to everybodies taste but I'm a very happy boy

Check out my album on Photobucket (link Below)

Brady - Well done, I love my Meggy too :D

It looks a really smart car, and I can see that it was treated to a few options when ordered including the best wheels and that fantastic glass roof! It also looks like your rear windscreen should open independently from the whole boot? Excellent feature - and a rare one to see on the Mégane.

I've had my Meg for over two years now, and am still in love

To answer the question about the boot, yes the rear windscreen does open independently.

Also a cool little feature I don't even have to take the key out of my pocket to open or start the car!!!!! as long as I have the key on me everything is wireless so to speak :D :D :D

Yup - I couldn't live without that now.

And here's a tip. Click the lock button on the handle twice and the windows and sunroof will shut.

Very nice, I do like the Meg Estates very much, they have a longer wheel base to the quite cramped hatchback version which is nice. Saloon versions also got the extra room, I like those too and they make very nice bargains as people often don't like small saloons.

Excellent spec and it does suit black too. They are nice cars to drive and the diesel does perform and provide good MPG too. Just make sure you take very good care of its 1.9DCi lump :D

Well done, nice looking motor. I had on 04 DCi estate a few weeks ago in blue, got it from the auctions here in Milton Keynes for $1450 and I have to say I was never to impresed with the 3dr but the estate was really good, with loads of room, like a little Tardis and so cheap for the amount of car you get :D
