C5 Dual Climate fault

Post by john alexander »

Hi . being a nice day i had the temp set at MIN both sides and the aircon on . I thought the aircon was not working as well as it should untill I noticed the passenger side was really cold but the driver side was warmer Is it possible to adjust a flap somewhere. I think warm air must be leaking past somewhere. Either that or I sell it to an African giving an eskimo a lift. The car is an 06 plate C5 1.6 hdi estate with dual climate, both sides set together.
John.

There's 3 in total.

The one which usually needs to be replaced can be reached by removing the glove box and then looking in towards the centre heater assemby.
Cheers, Kev
