have 306's got torsion beams?

im ed, drive a xsara, but im a pug head too.

I was just wondering, if 406 hdi phase2's have torsion beams or not?

I found this link to a part off a 406, can someone please explain what this is, it looks different to a 306 torsion beam?

They have two coil springs at the rear - these may be clearly seen in the photo.
