Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi problem with fuse 11 keeps blowing

Hi all,

The problem is with fuse f11/15amp inside glove box compartment of my Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi rapier estate keeps blowing. we are trying whenever we have some spare time to trace this electric short circuit. When the fuse blows the wipers, head lights switch on in off position, indicators does not work, radio does not work and car does not start. When i did test fuse blows all the time when turning steering wheel in wet weather/rain. I suspected com2000 as the f11 is linked to com2000 but when the fuse is ok all works as it should. We spent already fortune on this car and its getting too much. If anyone experienced similiar symptoms or could help me out with this problem would be absolutely great. Thanks a lot.

My first thought is there is a wire chaffing on the steering column joint as it turns, very common fault on the berlingo/partner so will be very similar on the 307.
