I would suggest starting checking/ further investigation with someone with a Lexia to check for code errors
Here's a list of lexia owners from the supersticky page who will be able to help

Good Luck in getting the fault found and fixed.

Your dealer can easily fix this problem by correcting the height setting values via his Lexia tester.
- or by correcting any mechanical problem with the height sensor.
A new height sensor is only some £60 and would not take more than 1 hour to install and adjust.
They are electric sensors these days on a C5

It does sound like a problem relating tot he front height corrector. Has your C5 always been as low as it is or is it a recent problem?
If the suspension moves into intermediate and high, can you not use those settings to get the car onto your drive until the problem is fixed?

There is no such adjuster on your C5.gazzas c5 wrote:...,am pretty sure its the height adjuster,....
It's a sensor.
It signals back the actual height to the hydraulic pressure unit.
It works just the same as a throttle potientiometer.
5273.J4 Vertical sensor
Its the same type both front & rear to all C5 hydro series and the C6 series.
Over here at my end of the Eastbound winds the pricetag is equivalent to approx £34 ex.vat.
Downright cheap
