c8 starter motor

on my c8 20hdi starter motor stuck and blew fuse at christmas, car bump started straight away.. took starter off and sent it for clean up etc and refitted it with no problems, never had prob again until now when it stuck again abd blew fuse. same again replaced fuse and bump started with no probs (this time starter released and is now working fine at mo)
has / does anyone else experience this, is it common, is there a permanant fix.

car is 07 plate with 51k
