citroen c5 2003 cd/radio unit want to change to original

Hi folks,I have just bought a c5 hdi 2day and want to replace the cheap crap cd unit with the original cd unit so i can use the computer and steering controls,do they need to be coded and how can i do that as saw quite a few original units on ebay,if any one has a original cd unit please let me know cheers . Gary

The genuine items need to be paired to the car using a Lexia. There's no code you can input from the buttons unfortunately.
