I bought a remanned PSA steering rack, paid £56 via PP. It was supposed to go by courier to jgra1 but after a couple of days the seller messaged me through Ebay to say the item was damaged and they were refunding me 100% through PP.
In due course I received an email from PP saying they had refunded the amount - it's yet to be credited anywhere though. (Short term financial markets, anyone?
My question is not about the money; I'm sure it will be fine. What I want to know, is how the item is removed from my purchasing history so it doesn't remain forever as needing feedback. Basically just a housekeeping kind of question.
