They have converted 4 Citroen Xantia Activas to V6’s, they are SM & DS specialists, and rarest of all understand that automatic gearboxes require oil changes.

Most recently for me repaired the dreaded Xantia V6 immobilizer problem.

Yeah I rang them this morning & they charge £57 an hour so not bad for a reputable garage.

I went to see John at B&L to have my aircon regassed after replacing the condenser and he was absolutely brilliant. He regassed it and when we tried to run it the compressor was faulty so he degassed it for me again so I could replace the compressor clutch, he gave me the oil seals I would need and I asked him how much I owed him up to now and he replied "Nothing, I havn't actually done anything yet". When I returned with the new clutch fitted he tested the new clutch which didn't operate perfectly so he reshimmed it and refilled the compressor with oil. I then took that home and refitted it to the car and took the car back for regassing. He did that straight away and finally I settled the bill for £60.00. A truly excellent experience in every way and I feel I made three new friends during it. I will be having all my future citroen work, that I don't want to do myself, done there with total confidence.
