Gallic delights from my archives......

No rhyme or reason, it's just that I've had a trawl though my Flickr/Photobucket pages and figured I'd share some of the French stuff I've snapped over the last couple of years. Some static show exhibits, some in action on the rally stages....even some I've just spotted whilst out on the roads. Something for most everyone, I hope. Enjoy.

Some gems there, Mr. Damaged.

I particularly like the Visa Mille Pistes 4x4 and the Renault 17(?) coupé in yellow. Cool isn't the word!

Dean, that is the dog's. I turned up at a wedding once in my beautiful bright red , brand spanking new 1988 Toyota MR2... only to be utterly upstaged by one of those. Awesome looks.

I could well imagine, if i had somewhere dry to store it i would be looking down the back of the sofa and all the other places you can find money looking for 4k.

Not sure what they go for usualy but it seems like a bargain price for such a rare and beautifull car.

My dad came very close to buying a renault 4 in 1985 from the renault showroom....he didnt after all but now i wish he had

My uncle did have a bronze GS pallas though i suppose and his dad had a new yellow 2cv which we got to ride in....time machine....where are you?

Hmm, Maybe. I remember it was fun to ride in as the body roll was 'noticeable'

Im trying to think what else my parents had when they owned a yellow Acadiane Mixta. My mum had a G reg BX TZD estate, my dad had a BX 16TRS, the Traction 6H and a Rolls Silver ShadowII. A right mix of things!
