Akojic,
How are Osijek and Vukovar? Went through them both many times in the '70s and '80s on the way to Greece. Always used to stop in Vukovar - parked by the hotel by the Danube. Always had a walk through the pretty town with its arcades and the kids used to love to watch the storks nesting on the roofs. Saw some terrible photos of its destruction during the war. Hope it has now returned to normal?

And Ljubljana and Split bring back happy memories too. Beautiful coastline for hundreds of miles through Croatia, down to Dubrovnic and beyond - I'll go back one day!!
