Peugeot 306 mot

Hi After my wifes 306 mot . advisories were , front shock absorber misting oil .
My question is , should I change both front absorbers . Is it difficult to do ? Are there any special tools needed ?

it is advisable to fit shockers in axle pair's,

and you will require a set of sring compresor's the likes of these below
