Hi.
My 2007 c5 dual zone heating isn't working properly.
Drivers side is ok but passenger side only blows cold air.
Any idea what the problem is?

On Peugeot`s the fix is £1000 through dealer but there is meant to be a easier fix for it , the flaps on the directional unit break and have to be replaced, if i can find out more i`ll let you know.
For what we are about to receive may we be truly thank full.

Take a look at this thread:-

The problem is with the flap control motor. The original has a short spline which eventually chews up the hole in the shaft of the flap . A replacement motor can be fitted which has a long spline.
To fit it you need to remove the glove box and then it's easily reached.
