just put battery on and me alarm going off wat can i do fob dont work

what car is it?

if its a xantia turn the key to position 2 and press the button that has a speaker with a cross through it

Or, press the hold the "speaker" button first - then turn the ignition on...

The button in question is on the RIGHT side, behind the wiper stalk, on the dash.... if you have rear electric windows dont get mixed up, as theres one for those with a cross through it..
