Citroen Specialist in . . .

Post by vanny »

All to often we get to a point where we need to find a good, reliable, knowledgable Citroen Specialist in the local area.
Often people put up details of different garages on boards and email, but sometimes you cant get to these addresess so ive started a directory of 'local' Citroen Specialists.
I ask Forum members who can recommend good places to visit(or avoid) to send me the details of the garage and any extra (anonymous) comments to specialist@BXProject.co.uk.
The directory can be viewed by going to www.BXProject.co.uk and clicking on specialist.
Thanks
Vanny

It's a great idea. I always try to steer clear of the main dealres. It will be great to find a good specialist around London somewhere. I checked your weblink - they are all up north :-)

There is an excellent independent Cit specialist in the Oxford area. Not a million miles away from London. Let me know if you want the details?

Wow, following on from a bit of a revamp, i've searched through the GSF back archieves and come up with LOADS of specialists that members have recomended. I guess im coming up on 50ish all over the country.
www.BXProject.co.uk and click 'specialist'
I'd like to ask forum members for any more that they know of, or any missing details that there might be. Theres a load down the bottom i have to edit and add, some with very few details, but if you know the missing details please let me know!

The main dealers in Carlisle -- Telfords -- are as good as I've come across; very pleasant, helpful and not a rip-off like some others seem to be.

Great idea. It would be handy if the date the place was originally recommended was appended. Things do change.

Hi AWG well i've started to add dates to comments, i'll work back trhough some of the old ones and apply dates that i can remember. Thanks for the responce, i've had about 10 extra specialists since my last request. Though there are still huge sections of the country without any recomendations! So if you have anymore keep them coming to specialist@bxproject.co.uk

Vanny,
Thanks for adding date - the comment with it is helpful too.
While looking I saw "French Correction" at St. Margarets. This is in Twickenham, Middlesex and has a phone number 0208 891 3329.

For the Berkshire area Citromech in Wokingham are excellent. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. (Much less than main agents)
