An HDi won't have an ignition coil or relay to control it as a diesel dosn't have spark plugs.
Is the model type wrong or have you given something on the diesel engine the wrong name?

According to what I've been able to find, on a diesel the code means:-
P1351 - Pre/Post heating relay circuit. Relay not controlled and glow plugs supplied
