ML5 oil type

As above, does anyone know what oil the ML5 gearbox takes (i take it the Activa has the ML5 box) and how much i will need to do a change?

Total BV 75w80. Doesn't have to be Total, I believe any 75w80 will do but it must be that weight, nothing else.

Get 2l. I think the box takes slightly less, something like 1.85l.

I bought mine online from Nielsen CDG for just over £3 a bottle. Although postage to IoW may negate that saving.
