C5 facelift 2004 - Particulate Filter

Hi All,
Knowledge sought yet again !! Can anybody kindly advise me if the PF was fitted on the 2004 - 2008 1.6 HDI C5 LX Estate please? Any additional advice/opinions of this vehicle would also be gratefully received.

All of the 1.6 HDI's have the particulate filter.

I have a vague recollection that there was one exception to that.

Wasn't there a special edition 1.6 HDi C5 produced for a while with no DPF? Not the LX, but I can't remember the name now.

Indeed.

The 1.6HDi C5 Design spec does not have a FAP filter, or so the literature says.

Every other 1.6HDi C5 does, as well as the other diesels in the facelifted C5s.
