removing rear bumper

Need to get the rear bumper off the vsx estate.I've had look at the BOL but still no wiser.There are 2 screws underneath behind the wheelarch and 2 on the vertical sides of the tailgate.All removed and it is still firmly in place.Can anyone help please?
