what would be the ideal tyre pressure's to run my tyres at, as the front seem to wear on the edges needing replacement when the rest of the tyre still has plenty of wear left.
I think the front are supposed to be 35lbs and rear 32? Would running the front at 38-39lb help?
I am not a boy racer so not overly worried about a small difference in stopping distance.

What year C5? Petrol or diesel? Saloon or estate?
I run my 2003 C5 Diesel Estate on the high speed/full load pressures. These are printed on a label fixed on the driver's door pillar.

Yes, we really need to know your C5s engine type, body style and the size of its tyres.
If it is a later car wearing 215.55.16 tyres then 36 PSi front is the normal pressure.
However, some tyres are better with slightly more or less, only by a couple of PSi. So you could see how they go with a little more pressure if your concerned about wear on the tyre shoulders.

Oh right, then they want to be about 33 front and 31 PSi rear.Jeff wrote:2001 C5 HDI 110 saloon diesel 195/65/15
That is what i have our 2002 2.0HDi saloon with the same sized tyres set too. Tyre were seems pretty even, yes it scrubs the edges but all C5s ive had do.
One thing with that particular model is they have a much better turning circle than the slightly later cars, so that will not help the tyre scrubbing either.
