Citroen ZX 1.9 wheel nut size

Hi all, I'm trying to find a suitable tyre iron with the flat head at the end (for removing the spare wheel) for a Citroen Zx (non turbo) with the 13 inch wheel. Does anybody know off hand what size is needed?

A 3/8" drive fits the slot pretty well!

thanks for that, would you also know what the wheel bolt size is as well

My ZX has the smaller tyres (13 inch) being the 1.9 non turbo diesel ...

19mm at that age if they are the original bolts.

Later models (PSA generally) go to 17mm, cannot remember exactly when I think around 04/05

Be aware its possible it could have either although 17mm is unlikely unless someone changed them.

What's even worse (yes I've seen it and due to supplies some cars arrived this way) with alloy wheels the three normal bolts were 17mm (obviously alloy bolts) and the locking one was 19mm, or vice versa

as far as im aware all ZX's had 19mm bolts,

as Andy says 17mm came in very much later,
