307 hdi heavy clutch

hi peeps,my 307 hdi 02 reg clutch feels heavy and a pain when changing gears at low speeds,biting point is high,any ideas what i can do to rectify this problem,fantastic car all round but clutch a pain now!! cheers

sounds like it requires a new clutch,
