Now they could be interesting if they have projector lenses as fitted to my BMW as the light output from those is far superior to any Xantia standard fitment and with projector lenses you can fit HID's as the beam has the necessary cut-off which prevents glare.

they do, ive just fitted some from the same manufacturer to my brother Honda prelude, only £220 inc vat and shipping direct from china even though on the ebay add it said they were from florida, America :?
Anyway i will have a look at his paperwork and see if i can contact the company.

And Projector lenses with HID bulbs are fantastic, ive got them both on the XM and they are the best headlamps ive ever used, really crisp beam pattern too, with no dark spots.

Where does it say they'll fit a RHD UK car - I missed that bit! ;)
Xantia lights I don't have any issue over TBH, though Jonny Chinaman
would certainly clean up with RHD Xm replacement lights - our rubbish
grey dark weather demands decent lights as an essential!

I dont think projector lamps are handed Andrew, they just give a flood of clean light below a horizontal flat cut off ....................could be wrong though.

I've been looking at making a set of HID projectors fit stock Xantia light clusters, if this is anything along those lines I'd definately consider buying some!

On my BMW there's a lever on top of the headlight unit which is moved according to UK or continental driving.

Nothing new there Richard, I'm sure the D had a similar thing;
I know the early GS twin optics had a collar that swivelled to
adjust to the Continent - brilliant!

I'm actually surprised about the Beemer though I guess that's because
it's German so it should be expected with their afficiency. Most modern
manufacturers would rather relieve us of more money at a significant
value rather than spend an extra 50p per car to offer some user versatility.

I'm personally not going to get too excited. These Chinese lamps would
likely be the value of an Activa the pair. The solution is easy. Just drive a bit
slower at night and enjoy and Activa or a v6 Xant in the daytime! No? :D

Yeah normally they are specific (slightly) depending on the country.

Like so:

This is basicaly what they are just in a perspex housing, all ready to take either standard bulbs (inc) or HID, the ones from china want you to buy 500sets minimum though  they can produce 1000 sets per day aparently. there must be someone stocking them................somewhere

Nice optional extra deepdish rims on that xantia, i like them.
