feeling smug and not bouncy..but..
Hello all, I just did me spheres in the front corners, feels like post coital snooze! Thing is when doing citrobix (did about 15 pushups) the low to mid point gently lurches up bit by bit to ride hight, rather than a smooth rise, it only rises easily between ride hight and high setting, same happens when going from low to high in one pushup. Also I didn't notice any hieght difference between 2/3 high and high setting, any ideas?

2/3 and highest are often the same, usually put down to the aging of the linkages.
Is the lurching up and down at the front?
That's often dry struts.
Set it on high, pull down the strut gators and lube up the shiny metal struts.
LHM works well, so does lithium spray grease.
Re-fitting the gators is a fun job though!

Yep, you pull the gaiters down. They can be a bugger to get back. Clean and lubricate with LHM and kind of screw them back on.
I'm not sure about white grease, I've never had good experiences with it. Either use LHM (although it won't last hugely long) or use thin normal oil/lithium-based grease like Castrol LM. Don't use any more than a smear...
