Xantia CD Autchanger
I have just purchased a Xantia 2.1 TD and I want to put a Autochanger for the stereo in the boot. The stereo model is the 4035 and is compatible but does anyone know firstly which make it would be compatible with and secondly is the cable already in place for the changer.[:)]

I think they are either Clarion or Blaupunkt head units. The Clarion has a round DIN style plug to connect the CD player. You should be able to see if it is connected by looking at the back of the head unit. I think the Blaupunkt has a long rectangular connector.
On the estate the CD changer is located behind a panel on the left hand side of the boot, the other end of the cable (if it exists) will be tucked away in there.
When I bought my car the CD changer was missing although it had one as standard (exclusive model) when new. I just rang the local Citroen dealer and they told me the make of changer. Then I bought a compatible one for a fraction of the price.
