Water ingress to passenger compartment

I have a Renault Laguna (2002) and I am getting water in the nearside front passenger side. The trim under the cubby is soaking but have checked the drains and they seem to be OK. The strange thing is it doesn't do it every time it rains. Am I missing something or does the screen need re-sealing. Any ideas ??
