In Lexiating an '02 C5 today, I had course to delete a fault that required me to put in the mileage and log the deletion accordingly.
That took the number of logged entries to thirteen, and had me wondering what happens when you reach the maximum of fifty - do the oldest ones tip off the back end? Or is the ECU/CPH/dash now dustbin material, requiring either sneaky tricks or new parts?
Regards, Adam.

Thanks for asking the question - I had wondered as well.
Incidentally - mileage? Even though it says that on the screen I think you have to convert to kilometres - which is not a problem for you now I think.

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

It just starts to knock out the oldest entrys stored in the memory.
You dont have to actually input the milage you can just leave it at 0 & validate it.
All BSI's read in KM no matter what the odometer reads so it always asks for the KM but i would say it is widley accepted that if the car is in a counrty that uses miles then the entrys previously logged will actually be miles.

I do hope the older entries are overwritten.
My Coupé ECU has this 50 service zones thing and 30 odd are used.
If it makes a difference Coupé is Bosch Motronic ME7.4.6
