Picked up my 08 plate 308 1.6 120 sport the other day to replace my knackered 206.
I do a fair amount of driving to work so I need bluetooth phone calling and I like to be able to use my ipod too. In the 206 I fitted a Sony MEX-BT3700U which does everything I need. I removed it from the 206 with the intention of putting it in the 308.
As the stereo would require a new live, I would get an audio company to fit the stereo.
A couple of questions:
1) I've read that some functionality of the screen computer will be lost if I change my head unit, can anyone enlighten me as to what I would lose?
2) Are there any other feasible options to get bluetooth calling and ipod into my 308 that doesn't cost loads of money?
I know that the 2010 308 has these features as standard, are they via an updated head unit or something else?
I've seen double din, gps, dvd, phone ipod etc for sale on ebay, but they look a little suspect...
