01 Megane Coupe Brakes

Evening all, Not posted in a while, but have a quick question if anyone can answer it.

I am running a 1.4 16V Megane Coupe (01) which has drum brakes on the rear, what I would like to know is, is it possible to convert it to discs? If so what would need doing to complete it? And may I need to use bigger discs at the front?

I would imagine you'd need to swap the axle from a megane that does have discs. Do note, that discs at the rear will not make you stop any faster!
