mileage correction xsara/ saxo
hi looking to correct the mileage on my newly purchused clocks for my 54 plate xara 1.4. was told they had nearly rite mileage on them but they got 100 and plenty on them. does any 1 know who does this ??? help !!!

If its a multiplexed car, which i think it will be on a 54 reg, you might have problems.
If your car has more miles than the mileage on the replacement clocks, then the car will put its mileage onto the new clocks. However, if your car has less than the mileage on the replacement clocks, the car will keep the higher mileage as its own, that then gets stored and can not be changed, its stuck with the higher mileage.
I hope thats not happened ....
