Synergie radio code

Post by tedrik »

Hi, I've got a 1996 Synergie VSX that won't accept the radio code. Anybody got any ideas of what to try next? Cheers, Ted.

Are you sure the code s correct, i.e. could the radio have been changed? What sort of radio are you talking about, make/model etc as there may be a decoding program available.

Hi DickieG, thanks for the reply. I have sucessfully entered the code before so the code and radio are matched, thats what is confusing. The only markings on the radio/cassette/cd stacker is Philips, no model numbers. Cheers, Ted.

One thing I did'nt mention before, when the code was accepted previously only a short time had elapsed (battery change over). This time however it has been 18 months maybe 2 years since I tried. Don't know if this of any significance?
Cheers, Ted.
