I've got a crusade going against a well-known online parts vendor who stiffed me last year.
They were daft(?) enough to send me their "Winter Newsletter" by email.
I used this as a foil to write (again) to the customer service and point out that they'd just proven they could email and were keen for ongoing sales. How was this going to relate to people like myself?
It'll be interesting to see if I get ignored again!
