Citroen Berlingo hdi

Post by daddypig »

I have a Berlingo Hdi 2002 50k miles which has a smoking problem, after i have sat in traffic for 3 or 4 minutes and go to pull away there is a cloud of white smoke the size of a mini which smells of diesel left behind.

The van also emits lots of black smoke on hard accleration. It drives without fault and the performance is perfect. I have had it plugged in and there are no fault codes.

Can anyone help before I poison anyone. Cheers

How did you get on with this??

Have you checked air flow meter? Or coolant temperture sensor?
