I don't have access to check, although with it being 'trim' in effect I can guess that's going to need open wallet surgery ;) :( :D

Thanks - that doesn't sound too painful, if I can freight it for the right price. With a small gratuity to the UK side of my shipping arrangements, it should arrive under £800.

Moral of the story - don't let your doseur leak... I am so over having no carpet in front, and no firewall insulation.

why on earth would you pay that, is this something that can be gotten from a car that is being broken?

I think you will easily find some from a scrap xantia ££££ cheaper! I know of at least 3 sitting in a localish scrap yard
Unless you have had a recent lottery win, dont pay that kind of money!

There are no suitable donors nearby, and engine heat seems to "set' the outer skin of the soundproofing - at least in Australia.

I'd not be keen on removing the dash and column from a donor car to recover this insulation, then find it was defective...

Whereabouts are you, in the UK?

Something might be workable if it's a minter; as you can see from my all-in price comments the bulk is in freight so it is worth getting good parts only.
