Missed this first time out. Almost identical to the one I bought off HatterShaun
and collected this New Years Eve (daytime). Appears to be the same spec in
trim/colour - is it sunroofed as that was the deciding factor for me buying
mine?
Out of interest, what it's RP to see how close they both really are:
Are those blacked out front wing repeaters?

Jim, Have you forgotten that you don't "do" bodywork?CitroJim wrote: Reading this as I await filler to go off on Robyn's sill that she badly dented on a low wall the other day..
Chris, Glad to see that you are getting some enjoyment from that car, I am sure that it is a good one.
I found the key code card for that car last week, so PM me your address and I will send it on.

it has a sunroof and yeah they are smoked. From what Mike was saying its owner before him was an interesting fellow (17" rims) which explains the bad spoiler colour matching

I'm terrible at it too... I hate it. Still, it's coming along... Bodywork was never, has never and will never be one of my talents...

I think the RP number should be on the sticker on the door jamb, but someone has changed it for a generic one...Chris570 wrote:i've no Idea on the RP number as I can't find the damn thing (i've a suspicion its been in a frond end knock in a previous life so perhaps its been sprayed over.
The big rims were black... he had also put black duct tape over the chrome strips on the doors and removed the V6 badge from the back!Chris570 wrote: From what Mike was saying its owner before him was an interesting fellow (17" rims) which explains the bad spoiler colour matching
Yes I realised after posting that you had not forgotten, but she hadCitroJim wrote:

She never knew, after doing a less than perfect job I had to confess the last time I did any such work was well before she was bornxantia_v6 wrote: Yes I realised after posting that you had not forgotten, but she had
She was well pleased though even if the job failed to meet my high standards. To be honest, trying to spray in what felt like a gale-force breeze is never easy....
I'll redo it when the weather is a bit calmer...

In order to make way for a new activa, Swampy will soon be up for sale.......
if anyone is interested please let me know, i'm more concerned about giving her a good home than sheer amount of cash.
She's a goodun though.
6 new spheres within the past 1000 miles, (3 months ago i think)

Chris, have you driven a Xantia V6? Remind me if you're coming to the CX, XM, AX, BX, CX, ZX and Xantia/G Rally and I'll let you have a spin in one of mine...
