clutch problem

after having my clutch replaced at 142k, (now got 143802) it still seems a bit of a pain to get into gear[:(!]!!
have replaced the cable, pedel clip & now clutch.
am i right in thinking that it could be the start of a gear box problem???
any help would grateful

Is the adjustment correct? may need readjusting slightly now its done a few miles.
I assume its the earlier Xantia without the auto adjust cable. Try readjusting to correct spec and see if its any better before blaming the g/box (which I also assume has the correct oil & level?)
