Xantia Trim Removal

Post by tim leech »

Ive lost my mind and bought a NEW set of chrome inserts for my S1 Xantia bumpers (amongst a few other bits) as they are all faded and peeling, you don't want to know how much they cost as they are from the main dealer, anyway has anyone removed these before?

Was kind of hoping I dont have to take the bumpers off!

Thanks

If you're going to dice the old ones, just use something like a seal remover tool to hook about six inches from one end. The new trim profile will give a pointer on where to dig the tool in.

They can be readily installed from outside.
