Window winders

Both the rear door window winders on my ZX are knackered - one is stuck solid and the other just spins. Is it possible to convert to electric rear windows? There is a rubber conduit going into the doors to take the necessary wiring.

As far as I am aware non of the ZX's had electric rear windows but I could be wrong, Iv'e never seen one.
