I have 1999 exclsive xantia which has 8 spheres, which sphere on the rear is the anti sink sphere ?

Don't forget you'll need a new pipe seal.
Tip for removing the pipe, get a 9mm flare spanner on the nut, then unscrew the sphere.
The spanner will hold the nut and the sphere will screw itself off it.
Likewise to refit, start the nut off with the sphere just inside it's threaded socket, and with the flare spanner in place, screw the sphere home, then nip up the nut.
Also use the o-ring that comes with the new sphere, it's not actually needed but it will stop the sphere rusting to the socket making the next change much easier.
