citroen c5 front passenger window fault?glass wont go tight

my front passenger window doesnt go straight up fully if auto switch is used i have to keep clicking it up till closed but cant fully close the window tight as it drops down a bit its like if something is stopping glass from going right up,what do u think it is?cheers

It has forgotten its programming.
They are made to detect any obstruction and draw back a little if anything is detected. (Anti-pinch)

To reset, let it go to the top in its steps and when it is fully closed hold the 'up' button for about five seconds so it learns where to stop.

i will try that as i notice that when the auto wipers and lights come on it drops a quarter when its raining too,a bit annoying but i will get there eventually,the c5 i have now has been family owned before me and it is absolute mint example,unbelievable condition for a 52 plate hdi exclusive cheers
