C5 Particulate Filters On A 2.0 HDI ??

Hello,
Can someone please advise when these filters were fitted to the C5 2.0 HDI & can they be identified by engine number etc. ??

I think that they appeared with the 16 valve version of the 2L engine - ie facelift onwards (2004+)

Thanks for the replies : my V5 does not say FAP. The reason I am asking this question is that I want to purchase a 2004 (pre-facelift) C5 Exclusive 2.0 HDI estate, when I find the right one. I have quite a requirements list for this latest vehicle, one of which is not to have a particulate filter. If anyone knows of such a vehicle up for sale, I would be most interested. All those listed on eBay I am already aware of. Many thanks and best regards,

A 2.0HDi 90 & 110 in the C5 does not have a FAP filter. Every 2.0HDi 138 16v model in the facelifted model does have a FAp filter, as does the 1.6HDi apart from the special edition 'Design' model.

One of the main reasons i wanted a late pre-facelift C5 was because i could have the 2.0HDi 110 which i know to be a good unit and it has no FAP.

There are plenty about so be picky
