95 clio sunroof

95 clio sunroof
my eldests clio has a sunroof that seems to let water in, it dose not come in through the roof but through the handle that open it . is there any one that knows how to fix this problem

My daugters sunroof leaked Clio 1996, she said water came in from handle etc.
Did have a problem with the remote sensor last winter, took out dried, wrapped in cling film (garage advice) no longer a problem opening with central locking.
However, I digress, last weekend I pulled out the sunroof rubber seal, got wifey to scrub and degunge (she's good at that
) then sprayed with silicone spray and refitted. In all that heavy rain last week not a drop came through the sunroof or handle so I'd say job done!
If not I'll use the waterproof duck tape for the winter seal up, again!
