lexia testing equipment??

ok, I read posts on here that may solve my problem with the temp light and stop light flashing,but it needs to be plugged into a lexia diagnostic tool to be able to read the fault codes and clear them(this may fix it).trouble is,they are very expensive,anyone got one of these that live close to buxton,derbyshire??? long shot I know..................
